About Us
Lane White
President
In 2019, Lane had a dream of becoming a Builder. At this point in his career he had been working for a national home builder for nearly half a decade. During this time, Lane had developed a strong love for residential new construction and the relationships he built with his clients. Although his responsibility was to sell homes, he spent more time on the job site than in the office. In his spare time, he would educate himself online learning about building science. Building science is the art of pairing the best construction methods with the best products in the industry formulating systems that commit to longevity and energy efficiency. When the whole world stopped in March 2020, Lane was unsure what the future would hold with his career so he decided to take matters into his own hands; wrote up his business plan and started buying land. He was ready to leave his career behind and start Lane White Custom Homes. Well just several months later, God had other plans. By the fall of 2020 the real estate market ignited one of the biggest booms in American history, so his dream was put off for a few more years as the demand at his career became too great to leave. By 2023 Lane felt he had given his career everything he could; so after many weeks of prayer and support from his family he finally took the leap of faith to leave his career behind and start his own real estate business. After just a year of practicing real estate on his own, in August 2024 Lane bought his first flip project and at that time, wBuilders was born.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, catching movies at night, and playing basketball.

With 22 years of industry experience, he brings deep knowledge and a cheerful presence to every team he’s part of. Known for his strong collaboration skills and upbeat attitude, he’s a valuable asset on any project. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the bass, grilling, biking, and traveling.

Known as “Mr. Consistent,” he’s an expert in his craft and brings steady excellence to every job. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to historic sites and museums, quiet mornings, and family getaways.
